Our technical operations management comprises three teams: the specialists in the operations control center (we call it “Powerbox”), our technical operators out in the field and the consulting team in the office. Together they pursue one goal: getting the most out of your wind and solar plants. We ensure your economic success with experience and know-how, our own web tools and apps, and a great deal of passion for renewable energy.

POWERBOX

In the operations control center – our “Powerbox” –teams work in three shifts to ensure reliable power plant monitoring. Automated fault messages and root cause analysis, in-depth reporting with detailed comparative analyses and forecasts – the Powerbox is the central interface between you and your plants.

  • Logbook maintenance and continuous comparison with the SCADA software

  • First point of contact for service and all third parties on site

TECHNICAL OPERATOR

Our technical operators know every single detail of your plants. They take on plant responsibility and manufacturer and service controlling, monitor maintenance and service work and implement legal requirements. In addition, they coordinate on-site operations and are on the road for you.

CONSULTING

Our consulting team focuses on performance optimisation of your plants. Our colleagues advise you on questions regarding commissioning, warranty or legal aspects. The consulting team is also your partner for insurance claims, deadline management and assertion of availability guarantees.
